A collaborative clinical process where your healthcare provider prescribes, monitors, and adjusts mental health medications. The primary goal is maximizing symptom relief and functioning while minimizing unwanted side effects. Medication is often most effective when combined with individual and/or group therapy but is not required.

The first visit is a 90 minute intake to discuss all your concerns and review your history. Follow ups are typically 30 minutes.

Individual Therapy

Therapy is a private, one-on-one process between you and a licensed professional. It is for anyone looking to get to know themselves better and explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy offers a safe space to learn positive coping skills, heal past trauma, address concerns related to mood, anxiety, and relationships, and improve overall mental wellbeing.

The first visit is a 90 minute intake appointment to go over your concerns, goals for therapy, and review your history. Follow up sessions are 60 minutes.

Medication-Assisted Recovery is a collaborative process with your healthcare provider that can help reduce cravings, minimize symptoms of withdrawal, significantly lower risk of overdose, and support you in long term recovery.

Currently, there are only FDA approved options for Opioid and Alcohol Use Disorders, however, there are some medications that can be used off-label to help with cravings, impulses, and withdrawal related to other addictions.
